2014, the year we welcomed our daughter, Jett, into our family is the same year we fell in love with shave ice. The long hours and days we sat at home we would get shave ice almost Every. Single. Day. to keep us going with a newborn schedule (& being first time parents trying to figure it out - we still haven't figured it out.)  Early 2018 we completed our family with our baby boy, Beckham. Living the newborn life again, we were recalling our memory of how our love for shave ice came about. Then the idea came, what if we did this but a little different. That's when the dream of having our own came to reality.
